A big thank you

To anyone that has supported my cookbook I’ll Bake, bought a copy, talked to a friend about it, stopped and looked at it in a bookshop, I wanted to say the biggest thank you from the bottom of my heart.

From running a food blog for 10 years before this that no one read, to now having a book that is hopefully on your shelves next to cookbooks that I’ve been using for years is surreal. This book was designed to bring the joy back into baking and prove that it doesn't have to be stressful. I hope that you use it whenever you want to spread some love and bake for your friends or family.
